Last updated: 1 January 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bn8800 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "bn8800"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this Agreement.

Registration of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. bn8800 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bn8800 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bn8800 support immediately.
bn8800 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and confirmation of your payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bn8800 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality on your Account.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting bn8800 customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.
bn8800 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may expose bn8800 or other players to harm. In the event of suspension pending investigation, bn8800 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reasons for the action and the expected timeline for resolution.
bn8800 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or discontinued at bn8800's discretion. The availability of a specific payment method may vary depending on your location and account verification status.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits specified on the Payments page within your Account, which may be updated periodically. Players at higher VIP tiers may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP programme terms.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bn8800 Account balance within minutes of confirmation. bn8800 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or technical issues on the part of the payment service provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within sixty (60) minutes, please contact bn8800 support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification (KYC completion) and confirmation that any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) business days, though bn8800 aims to complete most withdrawals significantly faster. bn8800 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns, which may extend processing times.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. Similarly, all withdrawals will be returned to a payment method verified as belonging to you. bn8800 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated Account subjected to review.
Once a bet or wager has been placed and confirmed by the Platform, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed or cancelled by the Player. Deposits that have been credited to your Account and used in whole or in part for wagering are not eligible for chargeback. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback through a payment provider will be treated as a breach of this Agreement.
All bonuses and promotions offered by bn8800 are subject to individual promotional terms published alongside each offer. Where no specific promotional terms are stated, the general bonus conditions in this Section 5 apply. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any bonus before accepting it.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked the specified number of times using real-money or bonus-eligible games. Not all games on the bn8800 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Account balance without further notice.

Any Player found to have exploited bonus offers through coordinated play, multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies, low-risk staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method that contravenes the spirit of a promotion will have their bonus cancelled and any associated winnings voided. Repeat offenders may have their Accounts permanently closed.
New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to the specific promotional terms in force at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. bn8800 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
Each game available on the bn8800 Platform operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. bn8800 is not liable for any losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the bn8800 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at bn8800's discretion. Attempting to circumvent stake limits through multiple simultaneous accounts or coordinated wagering is prohibited.
bn8800 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, incorrect odds, or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. bn8800 will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct errors promptly. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known system error or obvious pricing mistake will not be paid and may be reclaimed if already credited.
All sports betting markets on bn8800, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), American Football, football, kabaddi, and other available sports, are subject to the sports-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant official governing body shall be final and binding.
Live dealer games on the bn8800 Platform are provided by third-party studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live dealer game are governed by the studio provider and displayed within the game environment. bn8800 is not responsible for errors or interruptions occurring within the live studio broadcast, though any confirmed technical failures will result in affected bets being voided.

bn8800's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bn8800 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. Nothing in this Section limits bn8800's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
bn8800 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at any time via the footer of the bn8800 website. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions regarding the handling of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
bn8800 may share data with third-party service providers, including payment processors and game studio partners, solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform services. bn8800 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. bn8800 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bn8800 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 3.3.
bn8800 may terminate this Agreement and close your Account at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to your registered contact address. Upon termination, any verified real-money balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided no breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred that would otherwise result in forfeiture.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through bn8800's internal complaints procedure may be referred to arbitration or an appropriate dispute resolution body as determined by bn8800 at the time of the dispute.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bn8800 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
